Sprint past Tyrant and keep winding your way through the fiery underbelly of the NEST. About when things look like you might actually survive, Tyrant shows up again. Just keep following the walkways the only way you can. ![]() Through the door, pick up the Green Herb, then climb down the ladder. Follow the walkway around and go through the door at the far end. There’s a couple Ivy waiting for you down here. Follow the walkway around and take the lift down to the floor below you. Hit the Typewriter and Item Box one more time, then duck into the room on your left. Pump RoomĮxit the room and go down the stairs on the left. Continue through the room and grab the Combat Knife. Monitor Room Capcom via PolygonĪs soon as you get off the elevator, grab the First Aid Spray, then continue into the room to trigger another cutscene. Sprint all the way back to the Main Shaft.Īfter the cutscene, take the elevator in the center of the Main Shaft down. Sweep the floor of the Bioreactor Lab for any supplies you didn’t find or use in the boss fight, then take the lift back up to the walkway above. The Flamethrower seems to work well here. ![]() You probably won’t get them all on your first try, so just repeat the process again. Eventually, he will fall to his knees and expose a cluster of eyes on his chest. Just keep popping his eyes as they show up again. That’ll keep him from throwing a deadly chunk of metal that explodes. If he tries to lift one of the explosive pieces of machinery around the room, target one of his eyes and pop it. Just keep sprint away from him and spinning to target those eyes. He’s got one on his right shoulder, one on his left thigh, and one on his left shoulderblade. This fight is very similar to your first fight with him. G (Phase 3) boss fightĪfter the cutscene, you’ll have to face G - formerly Dr. Turn around and run back across the Bioreactor Lab. In the room on the far side, hit the computer on the left to read the Research Diary. Keep heading west through the decontamination process and cross the bridge through the Bioreactor Lab. There’s nothing in the lockers, but there is some High-Grade Gunpowder on the counter on the right at the far end. Right before you exit, cut to the left to pick up a Blue Herb. Head into the next room and off to the right. Head to the Item Box - you can drop off the VHS and Signal Modulator. Watch the Lab Digital Video Cassette and read William Birkin’s Inbox. Head to the wall and use the Signal Modulator tuned to OSS to power up the room. Grab the Lab Digital Video Cassette and the Hand Grenade from the corpse in the hall, then continue into the room ahead of you. Run around to the back side of the Main Shaft again and use the panel on the left to extend the bridge to the West Area. Now it’s time to go grab that G-Virus and leave without any hassle at all. We’ve explored a lot of Resident Evil 2’s NEST Laboratory and finally have a way to get to the West Area.
